A RIPON-based firm that enables ex-pats to set up their own British grocery business overseas has openend its first store in Cyprus.

Thomas Green's enables franchisees to sell well known British food brands to Brits living abroad or on holiday, although shops in France and Holland in particular are well supported by the local population.

Indeed, in some French locations the locals make up around 90% of the customer base.
