THE regional accountancy firm Begbies Traynor has recorded a strong set of annual figures, buoyed by rising levels of insolvency.

The recession and its impact on individual businesses has meant Begbies' insolvency teams have taken on more jobs and the department saw revenue rise by 30% to £49.7m.
