PRESSURE TECHNOLOGIES, the Yorkshire company which listed on the Alternative Investment Market in June, today confirmed the departure of board member Jonathan Clark.

Finance director Mr Clark has resigned from the board with effect from today.

The company announced in October that Mr Clark would leave the board following completion of the audit for its financial year to September 30.

It has not yet announced his replacement.
