Work underway at Inspire

CONSTRUCTION work to build an innovative £4m commercial property development in Bradford is well underway.
Work to lay the foundations and drainage for Inspire Bradford Business Park, which will be the largest straw bale development in Europe, is almost complete.
This month the steel framework for the buildings will be erected.
Inspire is being built on a brownfield site close to Eccleshill Community Hospital and will comprise two buildings totalling 2,787 sq m housing 14 serviced offices and 14 managed......for the full story register now for free or login below...







You really could not make this up !! Surely East Bradford is like the rest of Bradford with an abundence of empty commercial office space,convertible warehouses or something similiar. I've sadly seen these "iconic" buildings in parts of Leeds now struggling to survive due to funding restrictions in these tough times. I would love to see the business plan for this latest venture ? Can this project really be justified in current climate & are there no alternative buildings in Eccleshill which could be used more cost effectively ?
