AN ENTERPRISE which aims to help take innovations forward has won its first contract from an overseas company which will see it work on the next generation of satellite navigation systems.

The Advanced Digital Institute (ADI), in Cottingley, West Yorkshire, has been awarded a research and development contract by the telematics and ubiquitous sensor networks (USN) research division of the Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute (ETRI), for the study of high sensitivity satellite navigation.
