TWO Yorkshire entrepreneurs have been challenged to start their own companies with £1,000 each.

Tom Stevenson from Brighouse and Louise Flower from York were selected to compete against each other and six other product-savvy entrepreneurs from around the UK.

The challenge is part of an international trading competition launched by global trading platform Alibaba.com. The winner will receive a £10,000 business grant.
