SHEFFIELD-based catering IT specialist Fretwell-Downing Hospitality (FDH) has secured a deal to supply nutritional analysis software to sushi restaurant and takeaway chain Itsu.

Itsu, which has 22 locations across London and the South East, will use FDH's web-based Saffron Nutrition nutritional analysis software to provide more information to diners such as the salt content of the dishes and flagging up potential food allergens.
