A DECISION by Harrogate-based construction firm LaRock to diversify into 'green build' has already paid off with the completion of an innovative eco-build project.

LaRock provided a £1m turn-key eco-build solution for a design, build and project management contract for North Yorkshire independent school Cundall Manor.

The brief was to add shower blocks, amenities and 14 classrooms to the hunting lodge style school, which was originally built in 1886.
