Skipton-based Whitakers Chocolates has been awarded its Fairtrade Foundation Licence allowing it to supply fully-accredited Fairtrade chocolate products to the foodservice industry.

After successfully completing a thorough certification process the company met  stringent controls enforced by the Fairtrade Foundation and is now able to produce Fairtrade products for contract caterers, airlines and hotel groups.
