Instore to delist before Christmas

INSTORE, the Yorkshire budget retail group, will delist from the stock market on December 22.
Huddersfield-based Instore said last month that the support of its biggest financial backer, Crown Crest, would continue to be of "vital importance" for its future.
It said its interests would be best served by perhaps all of its debt to Crown Crest being converted into share capital which, in turn, would decrease further the company's shares in public hands and bring into question the need for the company's listing.
