FINDEL, the home shopping, education and healthcare specialist, is to occupy a major distribution centre at the new Burnley Bridge Business Park - a move that will create more than 120 jobs.

Work on the 213,000 sq ft warehouse is scheduled to begin later this year and it should be ready for occupation in autumn 2010.

The 70-acre Burnley Bridge Business Park by Junction 9 of the M65 is located on the former Hepworth's site at Pollard Moor on the outskirts of Hapton and Padiham.
