Lower bills welcomed by Yorkshire Water

YORKSHIRE Water has said its customers are set to benefit from lower water bills and better infrastructure over the next two years following water watchdog Ofwat's demands for customer savings.
Following Ofwat's final decision on prices and investment levels, water and sewerage bills will fall by an average of £4 per year in the first two years of the period 2010 to 2015 and increase by just £1 by 2015.
