PETER Rowley, the Yorkshire-based training provider, has been acquired by outsourced HR services firm Staffline in a £1m deal.

The firm, which has offices in Grimsby, Hull and Manchester and employs around 45 people, specialises in lean manufacturing education, training and consultancy.

Founded in 1996, Peter Rowley was awarded UK Centre of Excellence for Lean Manufacturing in the food and drink sector as well as being appointed champion of the Lean Manufacturing Network for the National Skills Academy.
