LNT Group, the Leeds-based group, has sold its business valuations company Taylors Business Surveyors and Valuers (TBS&V) to its management team.

TBS&V, which is one half of GLP Taylors, will continue to trade from its existing Rugby office during the transition period.

Lawrence Tomlinson, group chairman of LNT, said that the sale for an undisclosed sum was a result of a potential conflict of interest within the group, which has recently re-entered the care home sector with Ideal Care Homes.
