Care developer invests £3.5m in residential site

Social care company Westward Care has completed work on a £3.5m investment into care homes and apartments in Roundhay.

The Southlands site will offer housing for older people, which include one and two-bed open plan living apartments and studio apartments.

Peter Hodkinson, managing director of Westward Care, said: “We’re delighted to be able to announce that the final phase of investment in Southlands is complete, we look forward to welcoming new residents to our community.

“We’re confident that we can provide catered living solutions for any older people within the region looking at health and social care options. “Elsewhere, our Headingley Hall location has recently refurbished a number of their apartments, further demonstrating our commitment to providing and maintaining award-winning living arrangements for the people of Leeds and West Yorkshire.”
