Creative agency outlines growth plans with Canal Place move

A creative and digital agency plans to expand its workforce to 60 staff after signing up to the recently refurbished Canal Place building in Leeds.

King & Co, represented by Savills and Carter Towler, has let 4,600 sq ft on a 10 year lease to Revolution Viewing.

The historic three-storey warehouse, which has been converted to provide creative office and studio space totalling 9,046 sq ft.

Tom Greveson, CEO at Revolution Viewing, said: “We’ve been operating as a Creative Digital Agency in Leeds since 2004, and this marks an exciting new step for the company.  The team is chomping at the bit and can’t wait to move to this new space.  1 Canal Place is a big step up for us in terms of quality of office environment, and I’m confident it will play a key part in our expansion from 31 to 60 team members over the next four years.”

Paddy Carter, director in the office agency team at Savills, added: “1 Canal Place combines the character of its previous life as a canal side warehouse with high quality office accommodation, which is particularly suited to the creative sector.  We are very pleased to confirm Revolution Viewing as the first occupier following the completion of the recent refurbishment works.”
