Henry Boot expands plant hire operations with £2.8m acquisition

Premier Plant and Tool Hire has been bought by Banner Plant, a subsidiary of Yorkshire’s Henry Boot, in a £2.8m deal.

Premier operates from two sites in Leicester and is one of the biggest independent plant and tool hire companies in the East Midlands.

The deal means that Premier will be able to offer additional lines such as powered access, accommodation and large compressors from Banner Plant’s more comprehensive fleet.
