2,500 sq ft letting demonstrates healthy out of town office market

An education, employment and training specialist has taken 2,500 sq ft of space at Redhall Court in Wakefield, reflecting the ‘buoyancy of the out of town office market’, according to the agent involved in the deal.

The Prospects Group has taken a five-year lease of the first floor of the building after making the decision to move out of the city centre.

Bruce Edmondson of Cushman & Wakefield who represented the landlord, said: “The take-up figures in the first quarter of 2017 for out of town office space remain buoyant, we are confident that quality office space such as that within 1 Redhall Court will continue to perform well.”

The letting leaves 2,500 sq ft of space available on the ground floor remaining.
