‘Parisian-style’ café to launch at Trinity Leeds

A ‘Parisian-style’ restaurant, Côte Brasserie, is launching at Trinity Leeds to add to its growing lineup of eateries.

The restaurant will open in summer 2017, taking up a 4,772 sq ft unit, previously home to Mamas & Papas.

Located on the shopping centre’s first floor, it will be the popular restaurant chain’s first venue in Leeds.

Dan Wharton, marketing manager at Trinity Leeds, said: “We always listen to what customers want, and with the new addition of a well-known restaurant like Côte Brasserie, we’re confident our visitors will be pleased and will want to come down and try it out.”

Rob Jewell, portfolio director at Land Securities, said: “We strive to give our customers the best possible all-round experience when visiting Trinity Leeds, adding a choice of foods and dining styles to complete the all day and breakfast offer coupled with great shopping – which is exactly what Côte Brasserie will assist us in doing.”

Alex Scrimgeour, CEO at Côte Brasserie, said: “Trinity Leeds is the perfect location to introduce Côte Brasserie. The restaurant we are opening within the centre is the perfect complement to our other stores, as it sits in Leeds’ bustling city centre. The scheme has such a loyal catchment area and a diverse, strong retail mix, which are key reasons we chose Trinity Leeds. We are looking forward to this next phase of Côte Brasserie.”
