Fast-growing bridalwear retailer picks Leeds for third Yorkshire store

A fast growing bridalwear retailer has launched its third Yorkshire store.

Wed2Be occupies the ground floor of The Dry House, a Grade II Listed former textile works on the Kirkstall Road in Leeds.

The retailer, backed by financier Javad Marandi, the investor behind Soho House Group’s Soho Farmhouse hotel and club, and its national chain of restaurants Chicken Shop, Dirty Burger and Pizza East, now has 23 stores across the country, including branches in Rotherham and Hull.

Customers are able to visit at any time without an appointment and all dresses are off-the-peg, so brides-to-be can take their dream dress home with them on the day.

Todd Cassidy, founder and CEO of Wed2B, said: “We are very excited to be opening our 23rd store in Leeds and our first outlet in West Yorkshire. Brides can visit us on the Kirkstall Road whenever they like, take their time browsing our designer collections, and try as many dresses as they like before choosing and taking home their perfect gown that very same day.”

Wed2B has grown rapidly from three stores in 2014 to 23 locations throughout the UK including Bolton, Brighton, Edinburgh, Exeter, Newcastle, Norwich and Nottingham.
