£1m refurbishment for industrial park

A major refurbishment is nearing completion at Goole’s Larsen Trade Park.

Avon Capital Estates is investing £1.25m after acquiring the estate last year. It already houses occupiers including Jewson, Graham Plumbing & Heating and Global Foodservice.

It is looking to refurbish the estate in the hopes of attracting further tenants and creating more jobs in the area.

Four of the 18 units remain vacant, with spaces available between 2,700 and 23,000 sq ft.

Paul Mack, Director at Gent Visick, commented “Avon Capital are investing a significant amount of capital to upgrade the accommodation with a view to providing opportunities for both local expansion and inward investment into Goole.

“We believe that Larsen Trade Park will become a flagship estate for the town and will generate further employment in the area.”

Letting agents for the estate are Gent Visick and PPH Commercial.
