Trinity Kitchen cooks up tasty summer line-up

Shoppers are in for a treat at Trinity Kitchen this summer as four new food vendors join the line up, offering a taste of the Caribbean, the USA and the Orient.

First in the sizzling selection and just a stone’s throw away from their permanent spot at Granary Wharf, Leeds locals Bang Wok Thai will be dishing up authentic Thai street food.

Back by popular demand, Chaat Cart will also be serving its Indian street food, while traditional Caribbean jerk cuisine can be found at Jenny’s Jerk Chicken.

Completing the line-up of new vendors is Thai Khrim – a new concept that will have Trinity Kitchen as its first host. Just in time for the warmer weeks ahead, visitors will be able to tuck into fresh, hand-crafted Thai ice cream with a selection of tempting treats and toppings.

Fans of What the Truck will be pleased to hear they will be staying on for a further eight weeks. After proving popular with hungry shoppers during their recent stint at Trinity Kitchen, they will be serving up truffle fries and the popular Philly cheese steak sandwiches.

Dan Wharton, marketing manager at Trinity Leeds, said: “Summer is almost here so it’s time for a switch-up at Trinity Kitchen. It’s exciting when the time comes to bring in a new selection of street food vendors and we’ve had such positive feedback. We’re lucky enough to have some of the most popular vendors return for what will be a busy time in the centre, through the bank holiday and half term.”

The new arrivals will be in Trinity Kitchen until July 9, trading alongside permanent outlets Chicago Rib Shack, Chip + Fish, Duck ’n Roll, Pho, PizzaLuxe, Rola Wala, Tortilla and 360 Champagne and Cocktails.
