People: Double hire for law firm; Senior appointment at Scarborough Group; and more

Chadwick Lawrence has welcomed legal duo Martin Vesely and Susan Vesely to the firm.

The pair will be based at the Wakefield office and both bring many years of legal experience to the team.

Martin Vesely has joined the Chadwick Lawrence commercial and residential property sales, purchases and leases team, and also specialises in wills and probate matters. He qualified as a solicitor in 1975 and has over 42 year’s legal practice experience.

Susan Vesely is an experienced matrimonial solicitor who joins the Chadwick Lawrence family law team. Her accreditations include Specialist of Resolution, Assessor of the Law Society Family Panel, accredited Specialist of the Law Society Family Advanced Panel and a qualified Collaborative Lawyer.

Both were previously based at Hellewell Pasley & Brewers Solicitors in Dewsbury, where Mr Vesely was senior partner until 2009, after which he acted as a consultant for the firm.

Paul Holcroft

Scarborough International Properties has appointed Paul Holcroft as head of commercial leasing.

In this role, he will have overall responsibility for leasing, new business and commercialisation for the company’s Northern Powerhouse projects.

Based in Leeds, Holcroft has more than 10 years of experience in the real estate sector, having worked for PwC, DTZ and Hansteen. While at Hansteen, he spent four years as regional manager where he held sole responsibility for the management of a 3.5 million sq ft portfolio.

Prior to joining Scarborough, he was an associate director at Landwood Group where he headed up the Yorkshire and North East region, providing strategic asset management support and driving business revenue across the region.

Jack Redman with graphic designers, Olga Grebenikove and Duncan Kirkbride

Ewe, the Leeds-based customer experience agency, has made a trio of hires.

Graphic designers Duncan Kirkbride and Olga Grebenikove have been welcomed on board along with Jack Redman who joins as an account executive.
