Infrastructure design firm takes space on South Parade

Transport and infrastructure design consultancy SCP has relocated to South Parade in Leeds.

SCP has moved into 10SP, Wilton Development’s Grade A office building in the city centre location, taking 2,700 sq ft on a 10-year lease.

Tenantsof the 36,000 sq ft offices include Armstrong Watson, Lockton Insurance and Xafinity Consulting.

A 5,600 sq ft office remains in the building, currently under refurbishment.

Joint agents WSB Property Consultants and Knight Frank represented the landlord’s Asset Manager, Wilton Developments in brokering the letting to SCP. SCP were represented by Tenant Advisory Group.
