Sushi bar rolls into shopping centre

A new sushi bar is launching at The Broadway in Bradford.

The Little Lotus Sushi and Bento is creating six new jobs with the new bar, its third after launching sites in Huddersfield and Chelmsford.

The company will receive a rate rebate to the tune of £15,000 under the City Centre Growth Zone scheme which offers applicants rate relief if they create jobs within the city centre.

Coun Alex Ross-Shaw, Bradford Council’s executive member for regeneration,which designated a £15,000 rate rebate under the City Centre Growth Zone scheme, said: “We’re pleased to be able to support these businesses which are creating new jobs in the city.

“They are all thriving businesses and this scheme allows them to further grow and prosper, boosting the local economy and providing a wide range of employment for people.”
