Building surveyors relocate to city centre premises

Wainwright and Co. Chartered Surveyors has signed a five year lease for new premises in Leeds city centre.

The company has taken 890 sq ft on the second floor at 5 Park Place at a headline rent of £10,200 a year.

As part of the deal Wainwright & Co have carried out a major refurbishment.

The refurbishment works were completed by Waingap Contracts who have delivered an amazing product in line with our designs.”
Cameron Ritchie of Mawsons, who oversaw the deal, added: “There were a number of suites that we had available within the vicinity but the second floor at 5 Park Place was the main draw for Gavin Wainwright and his team and was particularly pleased that following negotiations we were able to agree terms that favoured both parties.”

The landlord was represented by Tom Wilson at Lupton Fawcett and Nick Thackray of Bevan Brittan acted on behalf of tenant.
