Law firm expands with city centre office acquisition

Law firm Williams & Co has announced the purchase of 2,000 sq ft offices in Wakefield city centre.

The Cleckheaton-based firm, which says it is focused on strategic growth following the takeover of the firm by partners Jeremy Garside, Robert Brackup and Tim Welton, has acquired
a new building on Cheapside.

Williams & Co says it plans to further expand with the recruitment of new members of staff in the months ahead.

Garside said: “The purchase of the new premises is a part of our planned expansion of Williams & Co and the continued growth of our work in and around Wakefield.

“Our Cheapside office, in the heart of the city centre, will provide more space for future growth and represents another exciting milestone for the business.”

Williams & Co specialises in commercial and civil litigation, regulatory defence, commercial property and conveyancing.
