City centre office park reaches full occupancy

ADT Fire and Security, the alarm system provider, has become the latest tenant at Three Leeds City Office Park in Leeds city centre, taking the building to full occupancy.

Leeds-based property consultancy Sanderson Weatherall let the 3,500 sq ft ground floor office to the security business, on a five year lease.

The 69,500 sq ft building, which is owned by Canada Life Investments, is also home to Unilever, Atos, SD Worx, NHS and International Personal Finance.

Richard Nichol, asset manager at Canada Life Investments, said: “It is pleasing to see the last remaining suite at Three Leeds City Office Park being occupied by a leading UK business. This is an established office development in the city, and working with our joint letting agents, Sanderson Weatherall and BNP Real Estate, we are delighted to have reached full occupancy with such a high quality mix of tenants.”

Tom Goode, office agent at Sanderson Weatherall said: “We are delighted to have secured ADT as a new tenant for Canada Life Investments. Three Leeds City Office Park is such a unique development, providing occupiers with stunning Grade A office space, easy access to the motorway network, as well as the great amenities at Crown Point Retail Park, Bridgewater Place and the emerging South Bank area.”

Sanderson Weatherall acted on behalf of Canada Life Investments and Cushman and Wakefield on behalf of ADT.
