Trinity Kitchen welcomes tasty additions

Street food vendors Bunnymans, The Gravy Train Poutine, Greek Food4Festivals, Tikks Thai Kitchen, and Meli Patisserie will arrive at Trinity kitchen this weekend, ready to serve up some tasty new treats.

Shoppers have the chance to indulge in food from all over the world with Trinity Kitchen’s latest street line-up, who will be taking residency for eight weeks.

First up is Bunnymans with its British take on a South African speciality. With spicy chilli served in a delicious baked roll, diners can dip and dunk their way through chilli, before eating the juice-soaked roll.

The Gravy Train Poutine is also bringing a global flavour to the line-up, offering gravy-soaked poutine with a host of toppings, sauces and sides.

Greek Food4festivals is also making the trip to Leeds, serving fresh gyros and traditional Greek street food straight out of a restored vintage van.

Also joining the line-up is Tikks Thai Kitchen, which was awarded third place at the 2017 British Street Food Awards. Customers can enjoy an authentic taste of southern Thai street food such as beef massaman curry and Sriracha mayo fries.

Current vendors Sela Bar is sticking around for another change-over and have updated its menu to offer burgers dripping with toppings and extras, such as Manchego cheese, halloumi and candied bacon.

Meanwhile, Meli Patisserie will be offering Greek cakes and treats, such as mousse, ganache and traditional ice cream and pastries.

Dan Wharton, marketing manager at Trinity Leeds, said: “We’re incredibly proud and excited to welcome new vendors Bunnymans Ltd, The Gravy Train Poutine, Food4Festivals, Tikks Thai Kitchen and Meli Patisserie who will be serving up delicious dishes for the people of Leeds. It’s also great to welcome back Sela Bar, who’s latest offering will be a big hit with hungry shoppers.”
