Property developer relocates head office

Developer Mulgrave Properties has moved to larger offices closer to York while also announcing several staff appointments.

The business has moved its head office to Chessingham Park in Dunnington from Easingwold and now has 3,000 sq ft of office space.

The Mulgrave Properties team is also growing with the creation of three roles.

Kevin Hoyland has been appointed as construction director, Melanie Powls as field sales manager and Rob Martin as technical co-ordinator.

Ian Hessay, managing director, Mulgrave Properties said: “Mulgrave Properties is looking to expand its operation with multiple new developments planned for 2018 and we have been putting the foundations in place to support that with the new office and recent recruitment.

“The business has been very successful in recent years with award winning developments across the region and we are now in a great position to build on that as we look ahead to next year.”
