Leeds office building sold

A recently refurbished office building in Leeds has been snapped up.

The Leeds office of Knight Frank advised on the sale of Shepherd House on Elland Road to Priestley Homes.

Shepherd House, a modern self-contained office building, was sold for an undisclosed sum by the Shepherd Building Group.

The three-storey building has recently been refurbished and has 45 on-site car parking spaces.

Sam Jamieson of Knight Frank in Leeds, who advised the Shepherd Group, said: “This sale demonstrates that the freehold commercial property market in Leeds is thriving and is also an endorsement of the investment that the landlords made in refurbishing the property.

“Shepherd House is a classic example of well-located and well-appointed offices proving popular in the market place. We were delighted with the price we achieved.”
Priestley Homes, based in Leeds, specialises in the conversion of historic buildings.
