Central Square expansion for PwC

PwC has signed for a further 11,800 sq ft at Central Sqaure in Leeds, taking the firm’s total occupancy to more than 60,000 sq ft.

The news follows M&G Real Estate’s announcement that it has secured a host of new lettings at the office development.

TV, broadband and mobile provider Sky will occupy 25,740 sq ft, adding to its existing presence in Leeds, lending further weight to the city’s increasing reputation as a location for media and technology companies.

Property consultancy Sanderson Weatherall and social media risk company, Crisp Thinking, will take 7,600 sq ft and 5,200 sq ft respectively, having signed 10-year leases.
