Sewerby Grange Hotel near Bridlington in East Yorkshire has hit the market with a price tag of £675,000.

Owned and operated by Daren Broom since 2004, the Grade II listed country house hotel and restaurant has eight letting bedrooms, lounge bar, restaurant, bistro, private accommodation for owners and staff, lawned gardens, and the potential to develop four holiday letting cabins in the grounds.
