Property management team secures trio of contracts with European investment firm

Carter Towler’s property management team has won three major new contracts with European investment company Avignon Capital.

The Leeds-based surveyors and commercial property company will now be managing 12 additional properties, nine of which are in London.

Carter Towler’s property management director Matthew Faulkes said: “We are very fortunate to have worked for Avignon Capital for many years and have established a great working relationship but we don’t ever take things for granted. It’s fantastic that they have chosen to extend our remit with these new instructions.

“We are particularly pleased to have picked up responsibility for the properties in London. Carter Towler has been growing solidly year-on-year, steadily expanding our reach beyond our Yorkshire base. Whilst we’ve been managing properties for clients in the North West, North East, East Anglia and Midlands for some time now, these are our first in the capital.”

In the first deal Carter Towler has been given responsibility for five Curzon art house cinemas in Sheffield, Canterbury, Colchester, Hoxton and Aldgate.

In the second instruction the company will be managing a 4,885 sq ft Brasserie Blanc restaurant at the luxury Thames Pathway Fulham Reach mixed-use development which Avignon purchased last year.

And the third new instruction sees Carter Towler managing six properties on Chiswick High Street, west London, one of which is a Zakti Activewear store, the new high-end sportswear brand recently launched by Mountain Warehouse.
