Work on 100,000 sq ft speculative warehouse scheme begins

Work has started on site at Trilogy@Logic, a 100,000 sq ft speculative warehouse development at Muse Developments Logic Leeds business park.

The development comprises three units, ranging from 30,000 sq ft to 37,000 sq ft, offering warehouse and industrial space.

GMI has been appointed as contractor and completion of the first unit is scheduled for June this year.

The Leeds offices of property consultancies Knight Frank and Carter Towler have been appointed as joint letting agents to market the units on behalf of Leeds City Council.
