Mixed-use scheme sold for more than £6m

Tower Court, a retail, office and healthcare property in York, has been sold to Boultbee Brooks Real Estate for £6.13m.

The property is let to 10 tenants including Farmfoods, Regus, a dental practice and a medical centre.

On a site of 3.04 acres the property generates an annual rental income of £444,881 and provides a weighted average unexpired lease term of nine years.

Located three-and-a-half miles north of York city centre and close to Clifton Moor Retail Park the property is close to occupiers including BMW, Dunelm and a Vue Cinema.

Savills represented the trustees of the Chatsworth Settlement on the sale.
