Property firm makes move to £100m development

Property consultancy Sanderson Weatherall has completed a move to the £100m Central Square development on Wellington Street in Leeds.

The team of 80 has moved in to office space on the sixth floor of the landmark development. The firm has also relocated its residential estate agency to a ground floor unit at Central Square.

The office provides workspace for 14 departments.

David Rastrick, head of office at Sanderson Weatherall in Leeds, said: “The new office has allowed us to bring everyone together on a single floor plate for the first time, which was one of our key goals, as well as being located in a BREEAM outstanding building with class-leading sustainability credentials. There’s no doubt we’ve created a dynamic working environment, and consequently there’s a real buzz in the office.

“The move also endorses our commitment to the Leeds and West Yorkshire area.”

Richard Dunn, head of office agency at Sanderson Weatherall, added: “Central Square is a cutting-edge development that provides a level of quality that is very rare to find outside of London. We’re delighted to join the likes of PwC, BDO, Sky and RSM as occupiers.”
