Business leaders prepare to return to the catwalk for this year’s FB Fashion Ball

The renowned FB Fashion Ball is set to return this year, with more than 600 business professionals across Yorkshire expected to attend.

The popular event, to be held at New Dock in Leeds on 17 May, brings the business community together for an evening of celebration as part of a black-tie charity dinner dance.

High profile business professionals, together with their employees, will take to the catwalk to raise money for their  chosen charity. New for this year is the Celebrity Catwalk Scene, with some familiar faces taking part from the world of TV, radio, sport and fashion.

The FB Business & Lifestyle Awards are now live for people to nominate themselves, their business, colleagues, clients and favourite brands.

The event has been running for more than 20 years in the Yorkshire business community and this year TheBusinessDesk.com is the media partner.

Lisa Darwin, chief executive of FB Fashion Ball, said it was a chance to celebrate business leaders, employees and Yorkshire businesses and provided an “unrivalled platform for networking.”

The evening will include a three-course dinner, drinks reception, live fashion show and VIP after party. Darwin added: “Amazing plans are in place with live music acts, luxury prizes, dance performances all part of the special celebrations enjoyed by numerous businesses who are involved and attending.”

Sponsors and partners include Reward Finance Group, Resource, 15Ten15, Tint Leeds, Leeds Law Society, ICAEW, PM Forum, JLD, LCASS, Yorkshire Leadership Group, Professional 100 as well as TheBusinessDesk.com.
