People: Law firm expands private client provision; Two senior hires for Callcredit; and more
Emsleys Solicitors has welcomed two solicitors to its family law and wills and probate teams.
Solicitor Judith McAra joins the family law team as a consultant specialising in financial cases, domestic violence, children cases and care proceedings.
She previously worked for Emsleys when she headed up Emsley Collins’ Family Law department in 1986. She went on to run a family law practice alongside her husband Bob McAra for 26 years, before merging with a national law firm to expand and develop its family offering.
Meanwhile, solicitor Kiran Hamilton also joins the wills and probate team. She specialises in wills, lasting powers of attorney, probate and court of protection work.

Callcredit Information Group has made two senior appointments.
Kelli Fielding has been appointed managing director, consumer markets, and John Cannon as managing director, fraud & ID.

Agency TK has made two senior promotions.
Phill Smith will assume the role of design director and Darren Jaques has become brand design Director. With almost 20 years service between them, these promotions aims to strengthen the senior support across the business as it continues its expansion and growth in Leeds, London and LA.
