Trade park’s refurb completes

A major refurbishment of a trade park in Leeds has completed following its acquisition.

Ribston Trade Park provides six industrial / trade counter units of which three are currently vacant offering around 2,700 sq ft up to 5,500 sq ft.

The site is opposite College Trade Park, where occupiers include Screwfix, Topps Tiles, Selco, Toolstation, Edmundson Electrical and Brewers.

Other notable occupiers in close proximity include Jewsons, Dulux, GSF Car Parts and Howdens.

Gent Visick acquired the estate on behalf of Ribston UK Industrial Property Limited Partnership and have been retained as project managers and letting agents.

Bilton and Johnson were appointed as the building contractors.
