Automotive tech firm expands workforce as growth continues

Leeds-based automotive technology firm enquiryMAX, which works with more than 700 motor retailers across the UK, has recruited 15 staff as it continues to expand its digital development and customer service teams.

The company has grown rapidly so far this year by adding more than 100 car dealers as customers.

It said the expansion of the digital team will support further innovation as it builds on its ead management platform.

enquiryMAX works with automotive manufacturers and retailers across the UK to help optimise the sales process and provide retail consultancy.

The company employs a team of 32 spanning developers, data analysts and customer support executives in Leeds.

David Boyce, managing director of enquiryMAX, said: “Motorists are becoming increasingly more sophisticated in the way they buy a vehicle. And retailers spend a huge amount of money to bring them onto the forecourt. Our system helps dealers optimise their marketing and make the most of every lead. In an industry with tight margins, it’s vital the whole process is as efficient as possible.”

The team supports over 700 motor retailers the UK and works with every Jaguar and Land Rover site as well as leading groups such as Stoneacre and Marshalls.
