Could you be this year’s Rainmaker of the Year?

The deadline to cast your vote for this year’s Yorkshire Rainmaker Awards is creeping closer.

There are just three weeks to go until the annual awards event, which are organised to celebrate the corporate finance deal community, and voting closes a week today.

The Rainmaker Awards, with six categories, are voted on by the corporate finance community themselves in a one firm, one vote system.

More than 100 companies have been sent links and votes are coming in thick and fast; but the deadline to complete voting is looming and participating firms are being asked to complete the voting sheet before 5pm on Friday June 29.

The awards will be presented at a lunchtime event on Friday July 13 at The Queens Hotel in Leeds and tickets are selling fast.

This year, Richard Hughes, founder of Zeus Capital, will be the guest speaker.

This year’s shortlist was drawn up after a judging day involving four leading figures who have in depth knowledge of the corporate finance and deals sector in the region.

Tickets and further details about the event are available online
