Weekender: Ivy Collection releases more details about upcoming opening

The Ivy Collection is set to return to Yorkshire with the opening of a new brasserie in the heart of Leeds this autumn, with room to accommodate up to 240 guests.

Located in a historic, listed building on Vicar Lane, The Ivy Victoria Quarter will be open seven days a week. The brasserie will offer a selection of menus, serving breakfast, brunch, lunch, afternoon tea, light snacks and dinner, as well as a host of specially-crafted cocktails.

The brasserie will be split across two floors and feature the main restaurant itself, two terraces and a central bar. As with sister sites, The Ivy Harrogate and The Ivy St Helen’s Square, the critically-acclaimed Martin Brudnizki Design Studio is consulting on the brasserie’s interiors.

Notable features will include an onyx bar, pendant lighting, marble floor tiles, polished parquet panel flooring and leather banquettes.

Laura Bamber, area manager at The Ivy Victoria Quarter, said: “We’re very excited to be opening a brasserie in one of Leeds’ most iconic shopping and leisure destinations. Leeds is such a vibrant location, with an ever-changing food and drinks scene, and we can’t wait to become a part of this cosmopolitan city when we open our doors this autumn.”

The Ivy Collection is a group of restaurants, brasseries and cafés, established in London and now growing regionally across the UK.
