Restaurant chain The Ivy announces latest launch

The Ivy has announced that it will open the doors to its new, 200-cover brasserie at the Victoria Quarter in Leeds later this month.

The Ivy Collection’s latest Yorkshire brasserie will be open seven days a week and will offer those shopping, visiting, living or working in Leeds with a selection of menus – from breakfast, brunch and lunch, to afternoon tea, light snacks and dinner.

Complementing the brasserie’s food menus will be a series of unique drinks which can be enjoyed either in the restaurant or at the onyx bar. These include a series of craft beers from North Yorkshire’s Black Sheep Brewery as well as a selection of cocktails.

Speaking about the new restaurant, Laura Bamber, area manager at The Ivy Victoria Quarter, says: “We’re really excited to announce that our new Leeds brasserie will be opening this September, just a few short weeks away. We’re looking forward to opening in one of the city’s most iconic shopping and leisure destinations, and are excited to showcase our all-encompassing menus to our guests and future regulars.”

The venue will open on September 25.
