Development firm’s CEO to share insight into Yorkshire property market at Sheffield lunch

David Topham, the chief executive of a property development and investment company, is set to speak at TheBusinessDesk.com’s property lunch in Sheffield on Friday (September 21).

As CEO of CTP, Topham has overseen commercial schemes of major scale designed and delivered right across the north. He will speak at our Sheffield Property Professional Lunch at Piccolinos in the city centre.

During the event, Topham will discuss in particular the Yorkshire marketplace in recent times and the impact this has had on commercial developments.

Sheffield is a particular hotspot for CTP and so delegates will hear about his views on the commercial marketplace at present, including office-take up, yields and upcoming developments which will help the city’s economy thrive and attract inward investors.

Principal projects that he and his team have been involved with have included St Paul’s Place in Sheffield. This most recently included 3 St Paul’s Place, which comprises of 80,000 sq ft of prime Grade A office space and completed the award-winning £180m Heart of the City project as part of the city’s transformation.

Earlier this year, 3 St Paul’s Pace was bought by London-based investment company M&G Real Estate in a £24m deal. At the time, developers U+I and CTP hailed the sale “as a massive vote of confidence in the city of Sheffield.”

In Leeds, CTP has also been involved with the Round Foundry in Leeds, a mixed-use heritage-based project, as well as Granary Wharf – an office and PRS waterside project.

Overall, Topham will share his insight and opinions on the Yorkshire marketplace and what he predicts the future holds. Join us for what is expected to be a very interesting lunch.

Tickets for this informative event are priced at £40+VAT and include a two-course lunch.
