Experts to discuss hot topics in York and North Yorkshire’s commercial property market in two weeks

Two leading experts will share their overviews and opinions of the York and North Yorkshire commercial property market and provide updates on key developments at TheBusinessDesk.com’s property lunch in two weeks.

Nick Moody

Nick Moody is a founding partner of Harrogate-based property development firm Newby, a firm which focuses on a range of regeneration projects and names the Cocoa West and Ryedale House schemes among those it is currently leading on.

Jonathan Shires is senior director of office agency for leading real estate firm CBRE. He has been instrumental in securing major relocations and new operations for a host of major organisations, notably Hiscox’s pioneering £19m offices in the Hungate area of York.
