Recruitment firm expands North Yorkshire presence with new office opening

Recruitment business Castle Employment Group is opening a new office with a dedicated team in York this month as part of its expansion plan across Yorkshire.

Turning over £6.5m with over 40 staff, Castle Employment already has two offices in Scarborough and an office in Leeds.

The York office will have a focus on business support roles with incorporates Administrators, Marketing, Customer Service, Data Inputting along with all levels of HR and other head office positions across York and North Yorkshire.

Michelle Johnson-Vasey has been appointed branch manager, supported by Nichola Breslin who has been appointed office resourcer.

Johnson-Vasey has over 15 years’ experience working in recruitment across North Yorkshire, and Breslin also has experience handling and managing candidates across recruitment in the region.

They will work alongside Melanie Jones, head of HR recruitment, who has been driving growth in the York area for the last two years and specialises in recruitment for high level director and manager level HR roles.

Castle Employment Group provides temporary, permanent and contract staff for businesses with specialist divisions in Engineering and Manufacturing, HR, Business Support, Accountancy & Finance, Hospitality & Cleaning, Industrial, Construction & Agriculture, IT, Sales , Procurement and Education.

The firm also offers an HR & Employment Law Consultancy service providing support at all stages of the recruitment and employment process.
