IT Services provider snaps up West Yorkshire firm to create £80m group

A West Yorkshire-based data centre, cloud and managed service firm has been acquired by IT services provider, Roc Technologies.

The acquisition of Esteem Systems is designed to accelerates Roc’s strategy of providing Programme, Process and Platform services, and extend the digital infrastructure and managed services capabilities of both organisations.

Established in 1985, Esteem Systems is headquartered Thorp Arch, Wetherby, and has additional offices in Woking, and Glasgow.

Following the acquisition, the combined business will have projected 2019 revenues of £80m, EBITDA of 9% and rising, 350 employees, UK-wide sales and support coverage with offices in Newbury, London, Wetherby and Glasgow, and Secure UK Managed Service Centres in Newbury and Woking.

The deal will create and bring together the company’s  technology vendor partners including Citrix, Dell/EMC, HPE Aruba, Microsoft, Nutanix, Oracle, Tibco, UK Cloud and Cisco.
