Scarborough Group’s northern developments boosted by £7m funding line
Property developer Scarborough Group has secured a £7m funding line to support the business’ developments in the Northern Powerhouse cities of Manchester, Leeds and Sheffield.
The loan is the largest commercial mortgage provided by Shawbrook Bank in the region to-date.
Schofield Sweeney, the Leeds-based solicitors, also played a major role in securing the finance deal.
As well as supporting its expansion plans, the funding line from Shawbrook will provide additional working capital headroom for Scarborough Group.
