Three new arrivals to open at Trinity Kitchen, where they will be taking residency for seven weeks from October 22, bringing heart-warming dishes to keep customers feeling cosy throughout the colder months.

New to Trinity Kitchen in Leeds, Meltworks Artisan Toasties is bringing some of the best grilled cheese sandwiches to Leeds. Filled with slow-cooked brisket, buttermilk fried chicken or delicious vegetarian and vegan options – all on wood-fired sourdough bread – it promises to take toasties to the next level! Enjoy it with some of their halloumi fries and a craft beer.

A top fine dining chef who has travelled across Europe for their job is now coming to Leeds with Village Deli Scotch Eggs, offering handmade hot and crispy scotch eggs. The traditional dish will be available along with twists on the classic such as chorizo and red pepper and black pudding options.

This year’s British Street Food Awards champion Doh Hut will be offering the best donuts in the city, including its best-selling vanilla bean crème patisserie-filled donut with salted caramel sauce, homemade honeycomb and homemade shortbread. You can even choose your own fillings and toppings!

Chris Gowan’s Steak Sandwiches will be showcasing their perfected menu, featuring mouth-watering options for meat lovers. The Leeds Festival favourite uses the highest quality steak and bacon from Dunwood Farm in Staffordshire. Make sure you try the bourbon steak sandwich and chimichurri fries.

Local favourite Sela Bar is also returning to Trinity Kitchen to serve up their famous burgers with delicious toppings such as Manchego cheese, halloumi and candied bacon, all served in a sesame seed bun.
